Jay Clark
Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, Jay spent  20 years in the US Navy and almost as many in the exotic Hawaiian Islands. In 2009, Jay moved to the mountaintop and joined with his aunt, Kathleen Gibbs, to found Garrett PetMinders. A true animal lover, Jay has owned a variety of pets throughout his life and has a particular passion for dogs of all kinds. His experience in dog training and his inherent respect  for animals informs his dedication to the highest quality service Garrett PetMinders can provide.

When he is not pet sitting, Jay is working to restore his circa 1880 Victorian home with his retired sled dog, Frosty. He also serves as a river guide at the Adventure Sports Center International in McHenry, MD and helps out at Husky Power Dogsledding in Accident, MD.
